Gear Heads - Underwear

Like socks, I like to have at least three pairs of underwear on a trek. On a longer trek I may add a fourth pair, but usually you can wash them out along the way after wearing them a few times. Recently I’ve switched to hi tech undergarments made with Techwick for their moisture wicking abilities. In addition, the hi tech garments tend to be lighter in weight.
